I've recently purchased a windows 7 laptop and noticed that when I invoke the Internet Explorer browser from the bottom left task bar I have to now right click and select Internet Explorer after invoking a browser window the first time. In previous versions of windows, I could just keep clicking the browser icon on the task bar and a new window comes up. Now, after clicking the icon the first time, it simply shows the browser windows that are started.
How can I change this feature so that every time I click the Internet Browser icon on the task bar, I invoke another browser window after the first attempt?.
