My internet explorer is acting really weird. It doesn't show up on windows task manager and there are no words where the title should be for the web page only icons. Also I can't close it. I have no active x and cannot download anything on internet explorer. I can only type and go to web pages. I've tried reinstalling(didn't work). I've tried uninstalling-(couldn't uninstall). I've tried system restore. I've tried reinstalling the service pack. I have also checked for viruses and malware and spyware. What's going on?
