...Explorer V 8.0.6001 cannot connect. Help? The diagnostic report:
HTTP, HTTPS, FTP connectivity

-- then I downloaded a MicroSoft diagnostic/fix it program and got this error msg:

"Microsoft Automated Troubleshooting Services cannot continue because an error occurred
We're sorry, but PowerShell failed to install. Please try again later.
I asked my ISP to reset my modem. This did not help.
