Default Deleting what sites you typed on internet explorer?

I went to SAFTEY and deleted ALL history including the cookies and all. but for some reason when i type ''www.'' on the bar it still shows lists of websites.. how do i delete them?

You can delete them from the tool bar menu at the top of browser. You have to click on the tools tab, then select internet options or you can directly select option for deleting history.
