So i'm on my brother's computer and every single website I go to that requires flash player won't let and gives me the option to download it. however, the top of the page has a bar that says internet explorer is currently running with addons disabled. click here to manage, disable, or remove your add ons.

i tried doing what the help link says and it doesn't work.

what do i have to do to make it so i can watch my youtube videos and play my facebook games and whatnot?!
