Demi&Miley ?

So I have this web page located here:

The problem is.. see how there is a space between the footer and the rest of the content? I want that to be smaller to even it out how can I do this? If anyone can help that would be great you can view my html and css by right clicking thanks.
Even with the footer removed.. it still spaces more than it should at the bottom.

Also, I tried setting height on #container but it doesn't do anything :{
