Wowzer

i have microsoft office home and student 2007 on my vista. its only the trail version and i need more for my school because its almost done its trail. i can find the product keys on the web and when i enter them they work fine. but when it tells me to close word and reopen it, i do and another thing pops up telling me i need a confirmation. i use the internet option but it never works. so then i use the phone option, enter all the numbers and the computer on the other side of the phone says that its not valid. i need the confirmation code.
