You can install it many times as you desire but if there is a new version then go for that because as the new version comes the systems in the market are upgraded.

I think Only Once. If you go for Volume Licensing.. Then based on the volume.. Like 5 PC License.. 3 PC License etc..!

If you go for a version which is pirated then it can be installed many times, but if you purchased a licensed version then it may depend on the package which is offered to you, like some packages include installation for 3 users or 5 users etc.
