Default Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007, incorrect key?!?

I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 (the disk) and just downloaded it on my new computer, but says it is incorrect. I called Microsoft and had a product key emailed to me. I put it in, says incorrect, so they send me another one, same thing... I already uninstalled a trial version that was on the computer and restarted but that didn't make a difference. I am tired of talking on the phone with Microsoft, and the only answers they have for me now is to pay 49.95 to have someone help me over the phone. That is ridicoulous! I also tried calling the company I bought the disc from, and they referred me to Microsoft. Does anyone have any suggestions? The product key is correct, and is being typed in correctly.
