When I plug my blackberry into my laptop usually I have to type my password into my phone and when I open windows media player I can sync it to that and I did this without having to download the media manager.I no longer can do this anymore. The blackberry desktop manager recognizes the phone but not windows media player and there was a folder that said blackberry that would pop up but that no longer appears either. Is there something I can do that will make it recognize it again? Is it my phone or computer that I have to readjust? Please help im lost when it comes to this phone.
