Is there any way to backup your Windows Media Player play list in Media Player 11 on Vista and transfer it to an XP machine without having to make a new play list and re-put in all the music in the order you had it on Vista?

I copied the play lists from Media Player and music files from my Vista machine and moved it to my XP laptop. The play lists show up (also using Media Player 11 on my XP machine), but the path is wrong due to the difference in file organization between XP and Vista.

Anybody have any ideas that don't require a tremendous amount of tinkering? Thanks for all answers in advance!
