How it works “Lowercase and Uppercase insensitive search” on Mysql Database?
Actually I can do this kind of search using SQL standard “upper” and “lower” functions. Unfortunately my native language is not English. I tried to change database language to support UTP8. But not succeeded. So could anyone help to cover this problem?
