I want to buy a premade website but it has a spot for adwords and I want yahoo publisher instead will it be hard to change that?

it really depends on the site - if it's all static then it means changing on every page, and this of course then depends on how many pages the site has - if on the other hand its a dymanic site using CSS then it's just a few page templates that need to be changed around
