I did see your blog. The theme is very nice... However id be more impressed if the header was a bit more clear.. I personally did not like the header... You can find cool headers here:

Awesome Blog. Everything including the header is perfect. Don't Change the Layout. Being an Experienced Designer, I generally find some or the other mistakes in the layouts of many blogs, but in this blog I really didn't find one. You should consider changing the Meta Tags. In the title, try including some Keywords. Some of my suggestions are:-

• Jetshing's Blog - Technology and Web Advice
• Jetshing's - Technology and Web Advices
• Jetshing's - Technology and Web Advice & ESL Tips
• Technology and Web Advices & ESL Tips

Don't Concentrate on the Layout, it's fine, Check out the SEO Optimisation of your Blog, it can Improve a lot. Try Putting the Blog Title before the post title. See the pictures:-
