Nightmare

ok i have avira and Malwarebytes
I Run Avira before i go to bed(full scan) and then the next morning i delete all the stuff it found...

and once a week ill run malwarebytes so i c an get rid of all the malware i picked up
Anyone know anything better i can do thats free???also plz dont forget to rate my security system!
