I'm looking for a webhost that allows you to pay on a monthly basis because:
1. I'm a student in college and can't afford (at the moment) a full $100+ cost for a whole year/
2. I want to be able to use the site for a bit before fully committing.

So, what hosting sites will let me pay monthly? And, do you have any favorite hosting locations? Thanks!!
