Default Dreamscene for Windows 7?

Vista Ultimate had like a Dreamscene so you could use moving backgrounds for your desktop, is there any programs you can buy or download that can do this on Windows 7? Not VLC, I want a program I don't have to launch everytime to run a background. That and I have to go into settings to do this so it's a pain, I want something that will run automatically. I know there was programs that would do it for Vista Home Premium and the other non-Ultimate, but was wondering if there was any for 7? Thanks.

I have Aero turned on my system specs are:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53Ghz
6GB DDR2 Ram
Nvidia Geforce GTX 260M w/ 1GB GDDR3
500GB HDD
17.1" 1440x900 Screen
Asus G71gx (Best Buy Version)
TheArfen's (Sorry if i misspelled) idea dosn't work, it says i need administrator rights, I am administrator and i tried running it with administrator rights as well and it says the same thing over again. Just so you know.
