netbook (windows 7 starter?)? Normally, whenever i change a desktop background (the screen you see behind shortcuts when you load the computer), i can go to the control panel, click on "appearence" and an option to change the background will come up. However, there isn't one on my new netbook, but i can change the screensaver.

I've looked everywhere on my computer and can't find how to do it. Does anyone know, and does it have anything to do with the fact i have a windows 7 starter pack rather than windows 7?
