I don't know if my computer will work with windows 7. When i got it, it had windows xp ( and still does). I recently got a virus, and got rid of it, and my computer has been very slow since. A frieds told me i should reinstall windows, but was wondering if i should get windows 7 instead but dont know if it will work?

Its a dell computer saying dimension 5150 on the front and has an intel pentium 4 proccessor. Does anyone know how/where i can find out if it will work? Also, since the virus, i cant download anything anymore
