I have a dell netbook and it had Windows XP. I downloaded Windows Vista Home Premium not knowing that you are not supposed to do that because the computer will be really slow. I tried reinstalling Windows XP but it won't let me because Windows Vista is newer then Windows XP. I called Dell and Microsolf and they both said that they do not sell Windows 7 Starter by it self.
I also tried formatting my computer but it won't let me because "it could cause the computer to stop working'' I know some what about computers and I tried alot to try to formatt the computer or just widows
