If you have the share permission of change and the NTFS permission of Read, what are your effective permissions?

By default Windows always takes the most restrictive permissions, if you have a permission set to "Read Only" your effective permissions will be Read Only. Regardless of what your share permissions are set to, this goes both ways, i.e. your share permissions are "Read Only" but your file permissions are "Full Control".
