I installed Windows 2003 Enterprize server and two Windows XP client in VMWare. Windows 2003 installed DCP,AD,DC,IIS but can not ping from WindowsXP to Windows2003 or Windows2003 to WinXP.
Firewall disabled already from Win2003 and WinXPs. but can not ping. IP address also in same network such as Win2003 IP is 192.168.1.2 and WinXP IP addresses are 192.168.1.3 and 192.168.1.4
ping is ok amongs WinXPs but can not ping to Win2003 server.
It was working correct before but I re-installed win2003 server and problem is pinging.

Please let me know that how can I solve this issue.

Windows 2003 Server installed with SP2
Windows XP is installed with SP2
