Default Does it matter which graphic card i have if i have a windows vista 64-bit computer?

I have recently thought of getting flight simulator x and i don't have the right graphics card (Intel(R) GMA 3100). So i have been searching online for cheap graphics cards that would run at above recommended settings. I have had no luck.

If you have any suggestions for a card $50 or less please type them in your answer.
