Hey, I have a unsolved problem that has been going on on this toshiba satellite A215, Windows Vista for Civilization 4. I have similar other problems without the game but it usually occurs with the game. When I log in from a standby on windows vista and try to play civ4 or any of it's expansions, The screen turns all black and freezes or it turns blue and black and freezes. I cant do anything nothing works. BTW i work for microsoft so i know all the commands tried em all. The only fix to this problem is to shut down the computer not normally but the power button which usually harms the computer's memory and regit files( If you do it alot it will). I need someone to tell me the file that errors this or what causes this and how to fix it. Thank You

I already have tried reinstalling it, lastest patch = 1.74 installed and 3.19 for beyond the sword and i have the lastest for warlords. These are the only games i have the problem with. All are from 2K and Nvidia. Others have the same problem.
