Every time i want to install something i get the same error with different error code number's. It fucking pisses me off. and I have tried everything, allowing permissions apparently fixes it. but it does not fix it for me. I ran the installer with admin and it still says something stupid.

I normally get "Error reading from file, verify that it exists and you can access it. I normally get Error 2203 or 1305. Dont comment back saying oh allow permissions. because you think im that stupid i tried that shit already. Dont comment if you dont know what the hell youre doing either.
