On my 'Family' Computer My parents put a password. I know how to change the password using cmd but then they will notice they cant log in. How do I see their password without changing it?

NOTE: I cant download or use an alternate account on the pc-Guest account is not enabled. I CAN use CMD

PS: The reason i want to find the password is so i dont have get my mom/dad to put in the password for me. They both work almost ALL day. so im home alone alot(AND REALLY BORED).
Also, my parens wont tell me the password, duh!
