I have had a problem with iTunes for a few months where even though it s downloaded, everytime I open it up it reinstalls itself. It doesn't take as long as the initial installation when you first download it, but on my slow computer it still takes a while. All that aside the iTunes window still opened. Now, when I click on the icon, the same window opens and everything goes as usual except when the window goes away, iTunes won't open. The icon is still present in the, I think it's called the taskbar, in the lower right corner, but it won't let me click on that to open it up either. Once again I am using windows vista, any help?

Try uninstalling Itunes and then reinstalling it. Take a look at these sites for information on how to do this!
