Default Half screen GREEN BAR Windows Movie Maker Vista?

Everytime I publish a movie I get a green bar on half of the screen w/ Windows MOvie Maker. I've tried going to tools-> options--> compatiblilty and restoring all defaults; I've tried unchecking the DivX and the avi.. But nothing works.. DO I need to download something? I have two things when I press restore default: AVI Decompressor, and DivX Decoder Default.. What should I do???
