ok when i start up my laptop it says "failed to connect to a windows service, it also doesnt let me connect to any wireless network, windows live messenger and when i put my usb in or a mobile dongle it says "unrecognized USB in USB port"

its kinda annoying now, and is there a way to fix it, and also pressing F11 at the start doesnt work (system recovery)
