I need some help in my Window Vista upper desktop bar! the bar look like this

but what happen to my computer is..
i have the bar on top of it if i drag a file and put it near to the upper desktop..
but the problem is...

when i drag them into the bar...it will appear..
but the main file like 'my computer,WMP,website' everything is not there..
the bar was empty and worser is the icon of the file is not appear..
Just the name of the file appear! and it look completely different than the bar i got before!

How can i solve this problem? plzz help! i really need help!!!! :'(
