I have a Sony Vaio Laptop. I have sucessfully removed the virus called: Antivirus Vista about a month ago but this one is alot tougher! I need advice/ simple to follow steps. The steps i have tried to follow that i found on various website to remove Security Tool have failed because:
1. When I try to start my computer on "safe mode" if freezes EVERYTIME!
2. I am unable to open "Task Manager"
3. I can not delete the one file I found it under that is found under: "computer" --> "Local Disk (C" --> "ProgramData" --> "57174529"

I really hope someone can help me!!! I do have a warrenty but I am a student taking several Online classes and need my Computer on a daily basis!!!
