Default please helllpp...system restore turned off, aswell as windows xp antivirus

2010(actually a virus).? please i need your help. i have done tons of research and have tried pretty much every thing.
i tried to use system restore to back track so i could get rid of the virus (windows antivirus xp 2010) but it says ''system restore has been turned off by group policy''. i tried installing malware bytes which every website recommends but its as if the virus recognises and kills the operation.(even in safe mode with and without networking) it is so frustrating because i cant get on with my school work especially at this period where deadlines are. as if that was not bad enough another malware virus called ''digitial protection'' installed itelf..its been hell. i just want to lay my hands on one of these guys that makes these things and golge his eyes out..please i need help if any body has a good solution that doesnt involve installing malware or any software what so ever i would really appreciate. perhaps a manual step to step guide( im a computer idiot really) to delete the registry key..thank you very much..
