Default What can I do to get rid of this Malware Virus/ i.e. 'CleanUp Antivirus'

infection Windows XP? Some bonehead downloaded this bogus free software anti-virus and apparently it's a Mal-ware infection that tried to get you to buy their bogus software, it's a HUGE scam and most of them are trying to steel you blind.

How the hell can I get rid of this bs infection? I am computer ILLITERATE and I have no idea what to do from here. I can't download McAfee or AVG because of the stupid CleanUp Anti-virus in there. The God damn program is setup so I can't uninstall the bastard because it is not in the list populace of the add/remove program setup.

I really love these computer scumbags that go into business and try to lay the shaft to dumb people out there and give out their credit card to these scumbag geek criminals.

HELP! Is there any "GOOD" geeks out there that can tell how to remove this program? I'm sure it's not going to be good news........THanks!

And yamster, if you delete my question, you are as bad as these cyber criminals.
I didn't give these scumbags any money or anything, but I just got infected when my wife downloaded the bogus free spyware. HELP!
