i want the system restore code that i have to put in before the computer starts, to restore my computer to factory settings. i do not need the cd, there is a code ive done it before but i lost the code, does anybody know the code?

That's your password or the tag number on the back of the tower. You will need to go to Dell and look at the manuals for your model. There is a password jumper on the mother board. Copy off the instructions how to use it. Follow those and you should be in business. Hope it helps.
