Default How do I make windows xp boot into drive (C:) and not (H:)?

A computer specialist came over today to reinstall our windows xp (we were having major troubles booting the computer)
When I came home to check it out I found a new hard drive called (H that he put on there.
I also found my old drive (C Good ol' drive C with all my programs, and everything I need. But it appears that this guy has set H to be the new defult.. the "main" drive. Everything in my start menu is from drive H and they're all strange new programs that the guy installed for us.

My question is how can I make my old drive C be the defult again? So that windows boots into it? I don't have any use for H.. I shall be deleting everything off it and using it as a storage disk for my unused files or something. Is it even possible to delete drive H all together so that I can't see or use it? I want my computer back to how it was before!

Apologies if this question is worded badly by the way, I'm not much of a computer geek!
