There are two types of Enhanced Results templates developers can use to create modules: the standard Enhanced Results module and the Infobar. Yahoo! Search users will be able to see whichever a publisher created but cannot change the format themselves.
The standard Enhanced Results module overlays additional information onto the simple, standard search results. The modules add pictures, links, and more. They also update comments and titles. They introduce much more information into the search results page. A Yahoo! Search user can only have one standard Enhanced Results module.
An Infobar is an expandable results pane beneath a search result that provides additional information about the result. The Infobar enriched search result looks like the standard search result with the addition of an expandable toolbar underneath it. A user can have up to four visible infobars, with an option to view more by clicking the

Both templates allow the developers to display much more content than with standard results. The choice of two different templates gives developers the flexibility to design modules that are most appropriate for the content they want to display.
Please note that it is possible for a publisher to design a module which contains both the standard Enhanced Results module as well as an Infobar.
